La r\u00e9gularisation de la situation fonci\u00e8re du site qui abritera le projet du port en eaux profondes d\u2019Enfidha a atteint 95%, a indiqu\u00e9 le ministre des domaines de l\u2019Etat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res, Mohamed Rekik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La derni\u00e8re phase des op\u00e9rations d\u2019expropriation pour l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public est en cours de finalisation, a-t-il ajout\u00e9 dans une d\u00e9claration \u00e0 l\u2019Agence TAP en marge d\u2019une s\u00e9ance de travail tenue, lundi, au si\u00e8ge du gouvernorat de Sousse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Cette r\u00e9union a permis de passer en revue les principaux dossiers et probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s aux terres domaniales agricoles et non agricoles dans la r\u00e9gion, outre les besoins en biens fonciers pour la mise en \u0153uvre des projets de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rekik a fait savoir que les efforts sont ax\u00e9s sur la r\u00e9gularisation de la situation d\u2019un grand nombre d\u2019exploitations agricoles et de lotissements b\u00e2tis \u00e0 Enfidha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dans sa r\u00e9ponse aux interrogations et aux probl\u00e8mes soulev\u00e9s par des maires, le ministre a indiqu\u00e9 que son d\u00e9partement est pench\u00e9 actuellement sur l\u2019examen d\u2019un nombre de pistes d\u2019intervention l\u00e9gislative pour r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes fonciers, citant \u00e0 titre d\u2019exemple la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019octroyer directement des biens immobiliers aux communes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rekik a rappel\u00e9, par ailleurs, que l\u2019op\u00e9ration d\u2019inventaire et d\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u00e9j\u00e0 lanc\u00e9e devra \u00eatre achev\u00e9e au plus tard en 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A rappeler que le ministre du Transport, Rabii El Majidi avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9, le 12 octobre, que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui r\u00e9alisera la premi\u00e8re phase du projet de port en eaux profondes \u00e0 Enfidha et de la zone logistique avoisinante sera annonc\u00e9e au cours de ce mois d\u2019octobre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Erig\u00e9 sur une superficie de 3000 hectares (1000 hectares pour le port et 2000 hectares pour la zone logistique), le projet favorisera des opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques au profit des r\u00e9gions du centre, du Sahel et les gouvernorats avoisinants, outre la cr\u00e9ation de plus de 52 000 emplois, selon la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
