Le Minist\u00e8re des Domaines de l’Etat et des Affaires Fonci\u00e8res informe que suite \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 du Maire de Gab\u00e8s en date du 13 juillet 2022 concernant l\u2019approbation du lotissement du groupement r\u00e9sidentiel \u00ab\u00a0Cit\u00e9 Sidi Boulbaba \u00a0\u00bb situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Gab\u00e8s Sud du Gouvernorat de Gab\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Les r\u00e9sidents de la cit\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9e et qui remplissent les conditions de r\u00e9gularisation conform\u00e9ment aux exigences du d\u00e9cret gouvernemental n\u00b0504 du 7 juin 2018 fixant les conditions et modalit\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gularisation de la situation des anciens regroupements r\u00e9sidentiels b\u00e2tis sur le domaine priv\u00e9 de l\u2019Etat,sont tenus chacun de pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 la Direction R\u00e9gionale des Domaines de l’Etat et des Affaires Fonci\u00e8res de Gab\u00e8s,une demande de r\u00e9gularisation de la situation fonci\u00e8re du terrain domanial sur lequel est b\u00e2ti son b\u00e2timent r\u00e9sidentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Il est \u00e0 rappeler que les personnes concern\u00e9es par cette r\u00e9gularisation doivent fournir les pi\u00e8ces suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Une copie de la carte d\u2019identit\u00e9 nationale (ou une copie des cartes d\u2019identit\u00e9 des concern\u00e9s par la r\u00e9gularisation, le certificat de d\u00e9c\u00e8s concernant les h\u00e9ritiers et une procuration en cas de besoin).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Les pi\u00e8ces justificatives prouvant la gestion du bien domanial (contrat, d\u00e9sistement, don\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Une pi\u00e8ce justifiant la construction de la r\u00e9sidence avant l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le Minist\u00e8re des Domaines de l’Etat et des Affaires Fonci\u00e8res rappelle que le projet national de la r\u00e9gularisation de la situation des anciens regroupements r\u00e9sidentiels b\u00e2tis sur le domaine priv\u00e9 de l\u2019Etat vise que les contrats de vente conclus \u00e0 cet effet permettent aux r\u00e9sidents du groupement r\u00e9sidentiel \u00ab\u00a0Cit\u00e9 Sidi Boulbaba \u00a0\u00bb b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de la r\u00e9gularisation d\u2019obtenir des certificats individuels de propri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
