fonci\u00e8res du gouvernorat de Manouba ont r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 mardi 21 d\u00e9cembre 2021, un terrain domanial faisant partie de la zone urbaine et constituant un prolongement de la division administrative du gouvernorat de Manouba, d&rsquo;une superficie de 15000 M<sup>2<\/sup>, situ\u00e9 dans un emplacement id\u00e9al \u00e0 Boustil de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Manouba, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 squatt\u00e9 et exploit\u00e9 ill\u00e9galement par autrui.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le terrain domanial qui comprenait des constructions, un puit art\u00e9sien et quelques arbres productifs, a \u00e9t\u00e9 restitu\u00e9 suite \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019une d\u00e9cision d\u2019\u00e9vacuation \u00e9mise par le gouverneur de la r\u00e9gion, en pr\u00e9sence des autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales et locales, des repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019administration r\u00e9gionale des domaines de l\u2019Etat en parfaite collaboration avec les services s\u00e9curitaires de la r\u00e9gion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ledit terrain a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis par la suite aux repr\u00e9sentants du minist\u00e8re de la justice pour la r\u00e9alisation du si\u00e8ge du tribunal de premi\u00e8re instance de Manouba, s\u2019inscrivant dans le processus de la bonne gouvernance du bien domanial au profit de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat
