Mohamed Rekik, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui vendredi 12 novembre une s\u00e9ance de travail regroupant les cadres des minist\u00e8res des domaines de l\u2019Etat et de l\u2019agriculture, des ressources hydrauliques et de la p\u00eache, en pr\u00e9sence du chef de cabinet, M. Nabil Abidi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La r\u00e9union a \u00e9t\u00e9 focalis\u00e9e sur la r\u00e9vision des tarifs du loyer des terres domaniales agricoles destin\u00e9es aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de mise en valeur et de d\u00e9veloppement agricole (SMVDA) qui font partie du programme de restructuration des terres domaniales. A ce titre, un arr\u00eat\u00e9 minist\u00e9riel entre les deux minist\u00e8res d\u00e9finira la d\u00e9cision d\u2019augmentation des tarifs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le ministre des domaines de l\u2019Etat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res a soulign\u00e9 lors de l\u2019ouverture de la r\u00e9union l\u2019impact majeur des terres domaniales agricoles dans le d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique et social du pays ainsi qu\u2019une opportunit\u00e9 incontestable pour l\u2019investissement, en ajoutant qu\u2019il est primordial de conjuguer entre l\u2019incitation \u00e0 l\u2019investissement &nbsp;&nbsp;dans le secteur agricole et le rendement financier escompt\u00e9 pour renforcer les caisses de l\u2019Etat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il a aussi insist\u00e9 \u00e0 accorder l\u2019importance requise dans le contr\u00f4le des m\u00e9canismes d\u2019exploitation et le suivi des recettes de l\u2019Etat par les diff\u00e9rentes parties prenantes, et de conclure en recommandant la prise en consid\u00e9ration des int\u00e9r\u00eats des locataires repr\u00e9sentant les couches sociales d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le ministre des domaines de l\u2019Etat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res, M.
