Le Minist\u00e8re des domaines de l\u2019\u00e9tat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res (MDEAF) se propose de lancer un Appel d\u2019Offres pour la s\u00e9lection d\u2019un prestataire pour la fourniture de services et de ressources informatiques sous forme de location en cloud (Iaas) pour l\u2019h\u00e9bergement de l\u2019infrastructure de production de son syst\u00e8me d\u2019information (SI) pour une dur\u00e9e d\u2019une ann\u00e9e renouvelable deux fois<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les soumissionnaires souhaitant participer \u00e0 cet appel d\u2019offres, sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 t\u00e9l\u00e9charger gratuitement le dossier d\u2019appel d\u2019offres en ligne sur le syst\u00e8me national des achats publics TUNEPS : www.tuneps.tn<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les offres devront \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 3 des conditions de d\u00e9p\u00f4t des offres, l\u2019envoi des documents administratifs, ainsi que les offres techniques et financi\u00e8res se fait obligatoirement<\/strong> \u00e0 travers le syst\u00e8me des achats publics en ligne TUNEPS<\/strong>, quant \u00e0 la caution provisoire et l\u2019extrait du registre du commerce leur envoi se fera \u00e0 travers la proc\u00e9dure mat\u00e9rielle, ils seront plac\u00e9s dans une enveloppe ferm\u00e9e sur laquelle est indiqu\u00e9 : \u00ab Appel d\u2019offres N\u00b0:08\/2021 <\/strong>H\u00e9bergement de l\u2019infrastructure de production du  syst\u00e8me d\u2019information du Minist\u00e8re<\/em><\/strong>  (Iaas)<\/strong>avec la mention \u00ab A NE PAS OUVRIR<\/strong> \u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le pli doit \u00eatre envoy\u00e9 par la poste et recommand\u00e9 ou par rapide poste ou directement au bureau d\u2019ordre central du Minist\u00e8re des Domaines de l\u2019Etat et des Affaires Fonci\u00e8res contre un accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception \u00e0 l\u2019adresse suivante : Tour de la Nation, Avenue Mohamed V -1080- Tunis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le dernier d\u00e9lai de remise des offres est fix\u00e9 au Mercredi 27 octobre 2021  <\/strong>\u00e0 10h00<\/strong>\u200f \u200f\u200f<\/strong>le cachet du bureau d\u2019ordre central faisant foi, la participation \u00e0 travers la proc\u00e9dure en ligne TUNEPS s\u2019arr\u00eate automatiquement le m\u00eame jour et \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure<\/strong>. Toute offre parvenue apr\u00e8s la date et l\u2019heure limite sera rejet\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NB :<\/strong> les entreprises soumissionnaires doivent maintenir leurs offres valables pendant 120 jours<\/strong> \u00e0 partir du lendemain de la date limite de remise des offres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Toute offre non parvenue via le syst\u00e8me national des achats publics (TUNEPS) sera rejet\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
