Le renforcement du patrimoine foncier des communes a \u00e9t\u00e9 au c\u0153ur d\u2019une s\u00e9ance de travail organis\u00e9e mardi 22 juin 2021 entre le ministre des Domaines de l\u2019Etat et des Affaires fonci\u00e8res par int\u00e9rim, M. Ahmed Adhoum, et des membres de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration nationale des communes tunisiennes conduite par son pr\u00e9sident, M. Adnene Bouassida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur les moyens disponibles pour renforcer le patrimoine foncier des communes dans le but de r\u00e9aliser les projets y aff\u00e9rents, surtout au niveau des m\u00e9canismes relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019application de l\u2019article 120 du Code des collectivit\u00e9s locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
M. Ahmed Adhoum a, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion, recommand\u00e9 davantage de coop\u00e9ration avec le minist\u00e8re des Affaires locales et de l\u2019Environnement \u00e0 travers des ateliers de travail conjoints qui pourraient proposer des solutions concr\u00e8tes sur le plan juridique pour surpasser les probl\u00e9matiques existantes, notamment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
M.
