ministre des domaines de l’Etat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res par int\u00e9rim au sujet du projet de loi n 116-2020 relatif \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision de la loi n 21 de 1995 ( en date du 13 f\u00e9vrier 1995 ) concernant les terres domaniales agricoles. Le ministre \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9 par certains cadres du minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
M.Ahmed Adhoum a indiqu\u00e9 que la r\u00e9vision de cette loi est devenue aujourd’hui une urgence dans le but de la moderniser , ce qui r\u00e9sultera positivement sur la rentabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique de plusieurs milliers d’hectares de terres domaniales agricoles , ainsi que leur contribution dans le processus de d\u00e9veloppement et les retomb\u00e9es escompt\u00e9s \u00e0 l’\u00e9chelle nationale et surtout dans les r\u00e9gions int\u00e9rieures du pays.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
