L\u2019op\u00e9ration de restitution de ce terrain a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence des autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales et s\u00e9curitaires en execution d\u2019une d\u00e9cision juridictionnelle sur la demande du chef du contentieux de l\u2019Etat. Le terrain restitu\u00e9 sera remis par la suite aux services de L\u2019OTD dans l\u2019attente de sa r\u00e9habilitation dans le processus de d\u00e9veloppement de la r\u00e9gion. La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de ces biens s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de l\u2019approche adopt\u00e9e par le gouvernement d\u2019union nationale en vue de pr\u00e9server les biens publics, ce qui a permis jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce jour de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer environ 18.000 hectares de terres domaniales squatt\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>00000-00-00
