une demande &eacute;crite, &agrave; cet effet. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; la correspondance de la conservation de la propri&eacute;t&eacute; fonci&egrave;re relative au refus de l&rsquo;op&eacute;ration d&rsquo;inscription du contrat de vente au registre foncier . <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; certificat de propri&eacute;t&eacute;. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; le plan topographique &eacute;tabli par l&rsquo;office de la topographie et de la cartographie relatif au lot objet de l&rsquo;op&eacute;ration de vente si ce lot est parcell&eacute; par l&rsquo;office sus-vis&eacute; ou la pr&eacute;sentation d&rsquo;une demande de parcellement d&eacute;livr&eacute;e par l&rsquo;office de la topographie et de la cartographie sign&eacute;e et l&eacute;galis&eacute;e par l&rsquo;attributaire contenant le projet de parcellement de l&rsquo;immeuble ali&eacute;n&eacute; pour approbation par l&rsquo;administration. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; une copie de la carte d&rsquo;identit&eacute; nationale de l&rsquo;attributaire . <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; un extrait de naissance . <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; une d&eacute;claration de d&eacute;c&egrave;s en cas de d&eacute;c&egrave;s de l&rsquo;attributaire. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; des copies de la carte d&rsquo;identit&eacute; nationale des h&eacute;ritiers ainsi que leur extraits de naissance, et le cas &eacute;ch&eacute;ant , une procuration en faveur de l&rsquo;un des h&eacute;ritiers pour les suppl&eacute;er dans les proc&eacute;dures administratives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Etapes<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; l&rsquo;administration constate le lot objet de la demande de l&rsquo;attributaire. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; la r&eacute;daction du contrat de pr&eacute;cision . <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; la signature du contrat de pr&eacute;cision par l&rsquo;attributaire ainsi que sa l&eacute;galisation de signature. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; la signature du contrat de pr&eacute;cision par le ministre des domaines de l&rsquo;etat et des affaires fonci&egrave;res ainsi la l&eacute;galisation de sa signature par les services du premier minist&egrave;re.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; l&rsquo;enregistrement du contrat de pr&eacute;cision &agrave; la recette des finances. <\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; la d&eacute;livrance du contrat de pr&eacute;cision &agrave;
