class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Monsieur Mohamed Rekik, ministre des Domaines de l&rsquo;Etat et des Affaires fonci\u00e8res, a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 la r\u00e9union de la Commission nationale de cession, qui s&rsquo;est tenue le mercredi 5 juin 2024 au si\u00e8ge du minist\u00e8re en pr\u00e9sence de tous ses membres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;La commission a examin\u00e9 18 dossiers relatifs \u00e0 des op\u00e9rations de cession de biens immobiliers appartenant \u00e0 l&rsquo;Etat provenant des biens des \u00e9trangers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15 dossiers de cession ont \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9s, dont 14 en faveur des occupants et un dossier de cession aux ench\u00e8res publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cette occasion, le ministre a appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de respecter la p\u00e9riodicit\u00e9 des r\u00e9unions de la commission et de suivre le plan de travail \u00e9tabli visant \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l&rsquo;examen des demandes de cession concernant ce patrimoine immobilier, en insistant sur l&rsquo;importance de respecter les d\u00e9lais et de les r\u00e9duire autant que
