Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une partie d&rsquo;une parcelle d\u2019une terre domaniale enregistr\u00e9e qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 ill\u00e9galement saisie et exploit\u00e9e par des tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;op\u00e9ration de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence de toutes les entit\u00e9s gouvernementales concern\u00e9es, suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution d&rsquo;une d\u00e9cision d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation \u00e9manant du gouverneur de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La direction r\u00e9gionale des Domaines de l&rsquo;Etat et des Affaires fonci\u00e8res \u00e0 Tozeur a pris possession de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9e en attendant sa r\u00e9affectation dans le cycle \u00e9conomique de la r\u00e9gion conform\u00e9ment
