En vue de la r\u00e9gularisation de la situation fonci\u00e8re du groupement r\u00e9sidentiel \u00ab\u00a0cit\u00e9 El Azima 2 et 3\u00a0\u00bb sis \u00e0 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Medjez El Bab au gouvernorat de B\u00e9ja , conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions du d\u00e9cret gouvernemental n\u00b02018-504 du 7 juin 2018 fixant les conditions et modalit\u00e9s de la r\u00e9gularisation de la situation des anciens regroupements r\u00e9sidentiels b\u00e2tis sur le domaine priv\u00e9 de l\u2019Etat, et suite \u00e0 l\u2019approbation du lotissement du dit groupement par la commission technique des lotissements de B\u00e9ja lors de sa r\u00e9union de 20 f\u00e9vrier 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le minist\u00e8re des domaines de l’Etat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res porte \u00e0 la connaissance des r\u00e9sidents de la dite cit\u00e9, remplissant les conditions de r\u00e9gularisation pr\u00e9vues par le d\u00e9cret sus- indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019ils sont appel\u00e9s \u00e0 d\u00e9poser leurs demandes de r\u00e9gularisation fonci\u00e8re des parcelles domaniales qu\u2019ils occupent et fournir les pi\u00e8ces suivantes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Une copie de la carte d\u2019identit\u00e9 nationale des concern\u00e9s par la r\u00e9gularisation, certificat de d\u00e9c\u00e8s, procuration en cas de besoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
-Les pi\u00e8ces justificatives de l\u2019occupation du bien domanial (contrat, d\u00e9sistement, don\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
