Les services de la direction r\u00e9gionale des domaines de l\u2019Etat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res de Kasserine ont r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9, aujourd\u2019hui 14 mars 2023 deux terrains domaniaux situ\u00e9s \u00e0 Sbeitla dans le gouvernorat de Kasserine. Ces deux terrains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 squatt\u00e9s par autrui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le premier terrain \u00e0 vocation d\u2019habitat fait partie du plan d\u2019am\u00e9nagement urbain de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Sbeitla couvrant une superficie de 1600 m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9, tandis que le deuxi\u00e8me terrain est \u00e0 caract\u00e8re agricole d\u2019une superficie de 18 he et comprenant 450 pieds d\u2019olivier productifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
L\u2019op\u00e9ration de restitution a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien men\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence des autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9gionales et s\u00e9curitaires, suite \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de deux d\u00e9cisions d\u2019\u00e9vacuation \u00e9mises par le gouverneur de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Les terrains restitu\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en charge par les services de la direction r\u00e9gionale des domaines de l\u2019Etat et des affaires fonci\u00e8res de Kasserine dans l\u2019attente de leur r\u00e9habilitation dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e8glementation en vigueur.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
